Wanted to get something for dessert and ended up going here close to closing. We were worried that it was too late but Victoria was extremely friendly and more than willing to make our orders and patient as we ended up sampling a bunch of the ice cream flavors. She even told us about the best flavors (the ube being the one not to miss). All in all amazing flavors and customer service. Will be coming back!

The customer service was so amazing! Shout out Lillia for making our time such a wonderful experience! The flavors are so so good! Vanilla Bean and Ube Crunch w/ Condensed Milk for the win!

The food not only was 10/10 but the workers were so sweet especially Michelle being so kind and respectful. Whether it was recommending me delicious menu items or asking if I needed anything! The ice cream is so delicious and I will 100 percent come back!

Peter is the nicest man in the whole world!!! He went above and beyond for us and was super accommodating. Will def visit again for their iconic drinks. Our favorite was the mango sticky rice matcha and wicked matcha!

Our friend Joy invited us to a party recently where dessert and drinks were catered from New Territories Ice Cream, and everything was outstanding. The event involved dozens of kids and parents, and the food held up incredibly well for a large crowd. The ice cream was excellent: very flavorful, rich without being too heavy, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The Hong Kong milk tea was also a big hit, and the croffles were fantastic. Crispy, buttery, fresh, and just really well executed. You could immediately tell there was real attention to quality across the menu. We were also impressed by the logistics and presentation. Delivery was right on time, everything was packaged carefully with ice cream kept on dry ice, and the setup made serving a large group easy and stress-free. Nothing arrived melted or messy, which is no small feat for a big party. Overall, the quality for the price was excellent. Joy made a great recommendation, and after trying everything ourselves, we’d gladly order for a future gathering or party, or also visit the store to grab a few items if we pass by.
